Relaxing in Whistler
Last year we were in Whistler for the mid winter break and I had hoped we could drive again this year. Unfortunately, Covid has made a dent in our bill. That’s why we stay at home and will go for one or two hikes in the snow or in nature depending on our mood.
If you have the opportunity to visit Whistler here are my tips:
Check out Whistler Downtown, go ice skating at Olympic Placa, if you’re brave, visit the Olympic Sliding Center and take the bob ride at 125km/h. Snowshoeing in Callghan Valley is also fun or watch the Alexander waterfalls. For more adrenaline, go Heli or Cat skiing, zip lining, bungee jumping or ice climbing. Whistler Blackcomb Coca-Cola Tube Park and skiing or a ride on a snowmobile are fun for the whole family. If you like to hike you will find great suggestions here.
Whistler offers plenty of winter hikes and winter activities – go and check it out.
