Dubai – The city of superlatives

Dubai city of superlatives

In April this year, I had the opportunity to accompany my husband on a business trip to Dubai. It was great to see the impressive buildings. The temperature was 35 degrees, and it was not so much hustle and bustle because it was Ramadan.

For Ramadan in Dubai

Ramadan is the fasting period, 29-30 days from sunrise to sunset is dispensed with food and drink.

Discover Dubai

We explored the city mainly by metro and taxi, both are relatively affordable.

In Dubai are a lot of districts in which, for example, all technology companies, doctors, or the commercial center are located. This allows you to take a look at an area every day and discover it. On the map below you will find the sights of Dubai and see directly where what is located.

Best time to visit

The average temperature in Dubai is 27-45 degrees, so apart from my point of view, the best time to travel is December to March, if you want to soak up the sun and see superlatives.

            Abau Dhabi

Unfortunately, we didn’t have the opportunity to go to Abu Dhabi, next time it will be at the top of my list. that’s why I’ve already listed the sights below.

            The Arabic cuisine …

is very versatile. Dare to try different mezze – oriental appetizers such as hummus, baba ghanoush – eggplant dip. You can’t go wrong with couscous and cafta as well as baklava or kadayif / Künefe -fluke hair cake for dessert.

Let me know what your favorite dish is.
